Terms of Service

-All classes require a current rabies and DHPP vaccination.  Bordatella is also required for puppy classes, and recommended for all other group classes.  Proof of titers are acceptable.  Puppies can start after the first set of vaccines given by the breeder or rescue. Vaccination paperwork must be brought to the first class to ensure everyone’s safety. 


- Payment is required on the first day of class, but may be paid earlier.  Check and cash are accepted. A return check fee of $25 will be added to any bounced checks.

-Once class begins there will be no refunds issued.

 

-Dogs must be healthy to attend class. Owners should keep their dogs home in cases of sneezing, coughing, diarrhea, or other potentially contagious symptoms.

- Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC trains you to train your dog. Owner is expected to maintain and reinforce training outside of the class environment.

-Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC will do its best to accommodate dogs with various specific issues in their classes. Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC has the right to refuse admission to or expel a student from class at their discretion. Anyone concerned about a decision should contact the owners directly. Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC will refer the student to a more appropriate class, private lessons, or in some instances training at another facility.

 

-By agreeing to the terms of service you recognize and agree that dogs may be extremely unpredictable and that Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC shall not be responsible for the acts of your dog or any of the other dogs in class. Therefore you agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of your dog before, during, and after any class or lesson.

- By agreeing to the terms of service you fully understand that attendance at dog training classes is not without risk to yourself, your family, your guests, or your dog.

 

- By agreeing to the terms of service you hereby waive and release Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors, from any and all liability relating to the class or lesson, and any and all liability or claims made by any member of your family or any other person accompanying you to class.
 

-By agreeing to the terms of service you also acknowledge your agreement that you and any person accompanying you may be videotaped, audio recorded, and/or photographed during your Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC event , and Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC may use and modify the images and/or recordings for any and all purposes, including but not limited to advertisements and marketing without any compensation and in perpetuity.

-By agreeing to the terms of service you understand there is no guarantee regarding the outcome of training. To give one would be irresponsible because there is no way to guarantee cooperation and performance of all parties involved.  Although, we will always strive for client satisfaction.

- By agreeing to the terms of service you fully understand that Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC shall not be liable and you hold Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC harmless and agree to indemnify Who’s a Good Dog?, LLC for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or animal, or to any property, however caused, which results from the training of your dog, including any negligence on the part of you or any other person accompanying you, and against all costs, attorney fees, expenses, and/or liabilities incurred in connection with any such claim, action or proceeding.
